The OCP Accelerator Module (OAM) specification defines the form factor and interconnects for an open-hardware compute accelerator module.  A compliant Baseboard (UBB) along with a Tray, Chassis, and System Security and Control Module (SCM) form an open infrastructure for interoperable OAMs.
